PROJECT MANAGER
Responsibilities
Serve as project leader in planning, evaluating, managing, tracking, analyzing, and coordinating multiple projects. Develop and execute complex technical tasks, apply analytical problem solving methodologies, provide technical direction to support staff, interface with all areas of the company and effectively allocate resources.
Functions

Report to Account Manager and business unit directors while providing project management expertise and support services on a variety of technology-based programs and projects. Ensure adherence to project management methodology practices and reinforce the company knowledge management through the collection and communication of lessons learned.
Perform facilitated planning sessions to build consensus among project team members regarding task definitions, task sequencing and task interrelationships within the project. Based on the findings of these sessions, create, review, and update program schedules, supporting documents and corresponding project management plans.

  • Develop and monitoring project schedule baselines and budgets.
  • Manage project schedules using the capabilities of Microsoft® Project.
  • Monitor adherence to program management guidance and directives issued on specific projects.
  • Prepare project reports and presentations for program and project status meetings.
  • Provide mentoring for project management best practices and techniques.
  • In addition to detailed schedules for individual projects, responsibilities also include development of program-level (or enterprise-level) schedules to coordinate and manage integrated efforts between individual projects under the purview of the client’s executive staff.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all customer and company information.

Required Experience and Education
• Bachelors Degree in technical or business related field
• PMP certification and/or other industry and project management certifications

TECHNICAL ANALYST
Position Overview
Work closely with and serve as liaison between our customers, development, and professional services to plan, install, and manage our software with an emphasis on learning the product intricacies and functionality
Essential Job Functions

ACCOUNT MANAGER
Responsibilities
Serve as primary contact for PCG and designated customers. Responsible for developing new customer account strategies, sales revenue through use and implementation of PCG applications and services, and maintaining existing client satisfaction and value proposition. Manage technical and business relationships, project management, and PCG support services.
Responsible for developing use of PCG products through customer needs analysis, opportunity analysis, and by sharing best practices that demonstrate financial impact of our services. Work closely with Category Management, Operations, Sales and IT personnel. Communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.
Functions
Become the “most trusted advisor” for our customers regarding their needs and uses PCG solutions. Manage customer expectations relative to project objectives and goals. Participate in both business and technical meetings, advocating for the client within our company and representing the company to our clients. Responsible for all aspects of project planning, status reporting and client communication.
Required Experience and Education
• 7-10 years experience and success as Account Manager, Project Manager or Category Manager
