Today, the ReposiTrak cloud-based platform consists of three product families – food traceability, compliance and risk management, and supply chain solutions. Randy Fields

Chairman  & CEO

Under the insightful leadership of Randy Fields, ReposiTrak (NYSE:TRAK) continues to innovate and provide retailers and their suppliers with solutions all along the supply chain that enable them to sell more, stock less and see everything. Fields’ entrepreneurial career began when he leveraged his educational experience in the early 1970’s to establish a financial and economic consulting firm called Fields Investment Group. He then co-founded Mrs. Fields Cookies with Debbi Fields and served as its chairman from 1978 to 1990. After purchasing the software rights from Mrs. Fields Cookies, he created Park City Group in 1990. Today, Fields continues to define the strategic direction of Park City Group, Inc. (d.b.a. ReposiTrak) and shares his expertise and the collective experience through consulting and speaking, interviews and guest lecturing engagements, both in the retail industry as well as in the general business environment. Fields received his bachelor’s degree magna cum laude and his master’s degree from Stanford University.

John Merrill

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

John Merrill joined the company in May 2019 and currently serves as Chief Financial Officer. Merrill has held a variety of financial roles within public and private organizations including United Health Group, Clear Channel, IMG, and Sports Authority. Most recently, Merrill served as Chief Financial Officer of 360 Touch Advertising from 2016 to 2018, as Chief Financial Officer of Track Group, Inc. (OTCQX: TRCK) from 2014 to 2016, and as a merger and acquisition consultant for UnitedHealth Group (NYSE: UNH) from 2010 to 2014. In addition, Merrill previously served as the company’s Chief Financial Officer from 2006 to 2010. Merrill began his career with KPMG and holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from the University of South Florida.

Ed Clissold

GENERAL COUNSEL, SECRETARY

Ed Clissold has served as general counsel of Park City Group (d.b.a. ReposiTrak) since March 2002. Prior to that, he served as general counsel for Mrs. Fields’ Cookies from August 1987 to April 1995 and was also in private practice. Clissold holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Utah and a law degree from Brigham Young University.

Joe Meherg

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, SALES

Joe Meherg is a senior executive with more than 30 years’ experience in building and managing strategic business relationships. He and his team deploy solutions to new clients and bring additional initiatives to the current account base, while focusing on a positive customer experience and seamless implementation. Prior work engagements include Plus 3 Alliance, Gartner Greetings, Premier Greetings and American Greetings as well as President of Operations Plus, Inc., a company that supports business needs in the areas of administration, analysis and operations. Meherg’s experience has allowed opportunities to serve on a number of boards and associations. Meherg holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, from the University of West Alabama.

Derek Hannum

CHIEF CUSTOMER OFFICER

As Chief Customer Officer for ReposiTrak, Derek Hannum is responsible for expanding customer relationships, revenue performance, marketing and customer success. Prior to joining ReposiTrak in 2017, Derek served as managing director of marketing and product for Miller Heiman Group, one the world’s top sales and leadership training companies. His retail industry experience includes sales and marketing leadership roles with workforce management solution provider Empower Software, CHEP Equipment Pooling Systems, Tenneco Automotive and Nissan Motor Corporation. Derek holds a bachelor’s degree from Marietta College and is a graduate of the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Cerina Hrasko

VICE PRESIDENT, DEVELOPMENT

Cerina Hrasko is one of the original software developers of ReposiTrak’s cloud-based platform. She is responsible for translating the company strategy into development solutions including compliance and risk management, traceability, scan-based trading and direct-store-delivery (DSD) visibility solutions. Hrasko has extensive experience in business and ERP system design and implementation, as well as systems integration. Hrasko holds a master’s degree in Cybernetics and Systems Automation from Slovak University of Technology.

Bruce Christiansen

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF STRATEGY AND PRODUCT

Bruce Christiansen brings to ReposiTrak more than 20 years’ experience in end-to-end business operations, supply chain strategy, marketing, merchandising and technology for national brands and organizations in retail grocery. He has served in leadership roles within Fortune 50 companies, as well as progressive startup organizations, spanning the consumer product, consulting, technology, legal cannabis and food industries. Christiansen holds dual degrees in finance and management from the University of Texas at El Paso.

Karen V. Sickles

VICE PRESIDENT, TRAINING AND SALES DEVELOPMENT

Karen Sickles is responsible for strategy, development and execution of written and digital educational programs for all applications throughout the company. She brings to ReposiTrak more than 20 years’ industry experience in programs such as scan-based trading (SBT), replenishment to the store- and SKU-level, compliance management and traceability. Prior to ReposiTrak, Sickles managed educational programs for a health system network and led business development of strategic programs for West Virginia University, supporting the hospital, faculty practice and School of Medicine. Karen holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations and a master’s degree in integrated marketing communications from West Virginia University.
